ECheck Preferred

ECheck® is an ACH debit or credit card . ECheck® transactions are enabled by a plastic card issued to a consumer by a merchant.   ECheck® provides merchants with the solution they need to reduce transaction processing costs, enable more electronic payments, improve payment acceptance time and procedures, and obtain customer information for use in increasing sales.

The ECheck® card is designed with the merchant’s logo, and issued by merchants to their consumers. A valid checking account in good standing is all that is required. The consumers can use their cards immediately. When consumers use the card to make a purchase, they have a choice of having funds debited from their checking account immediately or choosing to pay a small transaction fee in exchange  a being debited in the future (up to one month later).  Through promotional activities, most merchants will provide incentives for consumers to use ECheck® versus other forms of payments. Electrum can add any of its loyalty programs to this card or customize one just for you.

Unique to ECheck®, all cardholders are sent an email confirmation each time the card is usedThis gives a merchant the opportunity to send special promotional announcements to its customers. Direct email campaigns to cardholders, something denied to merchants by credit card companies, are easily implemented.
